Our Programs
Our year round program runs Tuesday-Thursday from 9am-3pm beginning September 8th.
Rooted in child-led learning, our year-round program provides a safe, nature-immersed environment where exploration and play guide early learning. Through daily hands-on experiences outdoors, students develop creativity, resilience, and academic skills in a way that feels joyful, meaningful, and deeply connected to the seasons.
Our days follow a gentle, predictable rhythm that help children feel grounded and secure. We start with with morning circle and mindfulness activities to foster connection and presence. From there, students engage in baking, music, hiking, arts and crafts, reading, and hands-on exploration. Ample time for free play allows children to follow their interests, build independence, and deepen their connection to the natural world and one another.
🌱 Forest Pre-School
(Ages 2.5-5)
*we accept 2.5 year olds on a case by case basis
A nature-based preschool where children learn, play, and grow outdoors. Our youngest learners spend their days exploring the forest, building relationships, and discovering the world through hands-on, child-led experiences.
Through stories, art, music, outdoor exploration, and meaningful daily routines, children develop the foundational skills they need for a joyful and confident transition to kindergarten. With plenty of time for imaginative play, movement, wonder, and connection, our preschool nurtures the whole child while fostering curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of nature.
Enrolling now for full day care beginning in September 2026. Working Connections Child Care subsidies now accepted.
🌲 School-Age Forest School
(Ages 5-11)
A classroom without walls for curious, active learners. Our school-age program is designed to support homeschool, hybrid, and alternative education families, combining meaningful enrichment with movement, outdoor play, creativity, and connection with peers.
Through hands-on science, nature exploration, collaborative projects, art, storytelling, and child-led play, students deepen their understanding of the natural world while building confidence, resilience, problem-solving skills, emotional awareness, and lasting friendships. With the forest as their classroom, children have the freedom to move, explore, wonder, and learn in ways that feel meaningful to them.
Enrolling now for full day care beginning in September 2026. Working Connections Child Care subsidies now accepted.
Monthly Tuition
Attending 1 day per week: $300
Attending 2 days per week: $550
Attending 3 days per week: $800
* There is a non-refundable $100 registration fee charged upon enrollment.
CFS Summer Camp
Spend the summer exploring, creating, and learning outdoors! Our nature-based summer camp blends imaginative play, art, cooking, gardening, and storytelling with authentic academic skill development. Each themed week includes a field trip to local farms, forests, and beaches, inviting children to explore the wonders of the natural world alongside friends.
Our summer camp is designed for children who love the outdoors, learn through play, and feel most at home exploring the world with muddy hands and open hearts.
